Not really. 23/32 here and your lifts are all probably bigger than mine.
I have the same problem. But yours are probably way bigger.
Hit an all time PR today on squats. Extremely pleased with the speed.

Yea I posted it a few days ago. I actually ordered some DDP yoga, I've never done Yoga but figured it can't hurt my flexibility for hockey and squatting depth etc.
Let me know if they're worth the money. I'm paying a shit ton for a gym that has yoga classes (that i go to) so I'm reluctant to spend more money on it.
