    also got some recognition today, was finishing my lifting today with some snatch pulls, our 2nd coach was there with a new youngster, they were doing pulls too. I caught the coach saying to the kid 'just do them like him'.

    D&D is great.

    Like i said, all the super awkward nerdy dudes have fucked off to WoW so it's like getting together and playing a very elaborate boardgame with other people who enjoy the intersection of nerdy and social.

    guys like Dolega have a pretty tilted oh position as well, but they're moving shitloads of weight

    tweaked my shoulder on floor presses... again. didn't keep my upper back as tight as i could, but it doesn't hurt enough to prevent me from training. for some reason, every time i've aggravated my shoulder, pullups have always made it worse; going to try some neutral grip towel chins instead of pullups tomorrow based on a recommendation i got an IA and see what happens.

    i recently got some 1lb bagged pot roasts; they're vacuum packed and precooked in a ton of gravy. microwave for 20 mins, cool, drain, voila - 1lb of juicy cooked beef with zero effort. fuck vegetarians.

    Roommate just totally fucked me over by telling me they're moving out right as soon as all my friends have gotten their housing situations figured out. Wish I would have been told prior to lifting this morning so I could have channeled my rage into a squat PR or something.

    Did a sort of Atlas stone lift with a vacuum cleaner at work tonight. It might only be 15kg but I'm on my way to World's Strongest Man!

    No reply from the guy selling the weights, feels bad man.

    Is there a solid forum based resource for carb backloading? The "pdf" has a couple ideas I don't get.
