140lb for me, I haven't done standing press in about a year, I can get that with seated dumbbells, but I don't know if I could do it standing. I prefer seated pressing motions

Eugh vomited last night, couldn't sleep, woke up in a cold sweat covered in red blisters, went to the doctor and they didn't know what it was so they gave me loads of anti histimines and anti biotics. Looks like I'm covered in syphilis, fucking disgusting. Tempted to go to the gym and try infect the reception man.

It's my fourth week of 531 and I tried to do 1 rms today. Hit my previous pr of 225 on bp and 130 on overhead press. Felt like i had another 10 pounds of Bp in me but just stopped. Spotter told me less is more and was too tired to argue. Couldn't even pull 1 rep of 315. Prolly cuz I was super sick on Sunday and I just pulled 310x7 on Friday. I stopped then. Will finish 1 rms on Friday.

I'm pretty proud my lifts went up on a mild cut.

Digging around my trap doing some trigger point therapy I can def tell one of the reasons I have terrible neck and back pain. On the front of my trap, between where the muscle connects to the collarbone and the ear is like a tight tight strand of something, its so tight it feels like cartalidge. Yet on my left shoulder, the non symptomatic, this thing tight muscle doesnt exist.

One big advantage to doing the overhead presses from a standing position is that you'll get a lot more core work out of it. Holding serious weight overhead without hyper-extending your back takes a lot of core strength, and is worth working on.
