The last questions here are leaning more towards religion than accepted fact. There are ideas that purposefully spiking insulin as hard as possible post work out has advantages, in which case one avoids fat and focuses on the highest GI carbs (ie - avoid brown rice). However, even proponents of doing so would likely admit that it is responsible for only 5% of their results.

By eating properly, I meant eating as much as I should, eating clean and doing 40-30-30 macros. The basics, you know.
Before this, I had been going to the gym for 2 years with little to no increase in strength and appearance.

I'm experimenting now to see what works for me and so far I've had great results. Just want to take it one step further.

Thanks for your answer though. I'll swap all my canned food for whole foods and try to limit salt intake. Shouldn't be hard.
Other than that, I guess it doesn't matter as much as I've thought.

Nah after you've used it for a week and its nicely coated in oil its all good. You do have to cook eggs at a really high heat though or yeah they will stick. Like the eggs are maybe in the pan for 10 seconds when im making scrambled eggs. If anything does stick you just wipe it off anyway.

I met a real life crossfitter for the first time last night, he asked me if I could do a muscle up and told me squatting so much isn't good for me. He got thrown out of the club then arrested for cocaine possession. Good night.

I love cast iron, but a non-stick pan makes cooking eggs infinitely easier. Also, high heat/in the pan for ten seconds is the best way to make an omelette, but not scrambled eggs. The best scrambled eggs come from low-medium heat for 5 minutes or so. It's more work, as you have to constantly move the eggs around, but worth it I promise. Makes it taste like there's about a pound of butter in there.

First day at new job today, walking 20 miles a day for 5 days straight most of which is pushing a 60lb cart around a warehouse, 15 lbs of fat will be gone within a month. Good ab workout trying to make the cart turn a different direction.

I swear I've lost an inch, maybe half an inch depending on what sort of angle the pencil was at. Going to be the manlet of the mess.

I've found a full gym set up but the asking price is too expensive, I think it'll come down a lot though and I'd have to borrow my mates van, not sure if my licence covers it.

Anyone know a DVD yoga resource that helps you breath correctly? I'm a heavy chest breather / irregular / I hold my breath. I have a ton of trigger points in my pec muscles and I'm thinking this might be one of the reasons why.

also how the fuck does my girlfriend have abs yet eats candy all day, maybe being 23 helps
