    Why not - Coffee (surpreses hunger like a mofo) + heavy cream + vanilla whey. = No carb fat burning machine

    that's what I had this morning and 3 hours later im just about to eat breakfast.

    I hear ya.

    I woke up at 8:00 am - coffee whey

    now at 10:45 I have 5 eggs and a 1/2 lb of bacon... yum

    Found a gym which has power racks and is open 24 hours a day, its about 15 miles away but I can easily go late at night after work to avoid the masses. Costs £10 a month less than where I am now where I can only go at off peak times.

    Have not been good about my diet lately. Cheating on my meals a lot, been stressed out because the woman is dealing with some things, reflects on me.
    Training isn't going great, quad issues and left shoulder issues.

    feelsbad. Yesterday was my 24th, so gf took me out. Ate like complete chit. It's like my third cheat meal in a week. Really screwing up my cut.

    I swear, without a gf ....170, 8% bf. With a gf....180, 16% bf.

    140kgx8 on the squartz today, Was a really hard set, love dat feel when by the 4th rep your dying and you're not sure if you'll be able to get out of the hole, but you do hnnnnnnng, Did 5x3x70kg on front squats today, feels bad man, need to work on them, at least the form was berutiful.

    Nice. This morning was a leg day for me...decided to do some serious form work. Widened my stance a bit and worked on going ATG. I was expecting knee problems but everything held up okay. Got 335lbx5 on the last set. Also did overhead squats...175lb for 6 on the last set.

    Also on that note, I think I have to say that weighted planks and overhead squats might be the two best core exercises out there. I have yet to find something that has given me better results.

    Front squats are pretty damn good for core strength

    My abs have never been more solid than when I go heavy on the front squats. Agree ^^^ Beats all that medicine/boku ball shiz.

    Seriously, wtf are all these personal trainers thinking other than "I have to show them exercises they can't do on their own so that they remain dependent on me"?

    This is the only reason I do them, wearing a belt way to earlier has given me a very weak core.
