Not a fan of either hard boiled eggs or taking the time to fry an egg.

Trust me I eat plenty of eggs. Lookign to change it up and use this as an opportunity to get more fruits/nutrients in my busy life.

I have been eating ezekial bread toasted with almond butter, banana and a sprinkling of splenda as a snack. Not the most protein rich option but very tasty.

Chilled coffee + unflavoured whey is pretty good. Brew coffee night before, hell, shake it the night before. Then grab some berries or just eat your banana.

Try combining espresso, a bit of rum and some artificial sweetener with some fat free ricotta. Make sure everything's room temperature when you blend it together, then stick it in the fridge overnight (or not, good either way haha). It's fucking delicious and you're only getting the ricotta cals/macros which I believe are similar to cottage cheese.

Are you using poverty whey or something good? Some of the wheys out there are delicious and make awesome shakes, even with water.

Took a week off from the gym to rechargedrive and whatnot. Ate like crap the whole time. Felt brilliant while doing it, but now I feel like a completely fat bastard. Bleh.

    To better days!

This is pretty much my breakfast/prework out meal most days. 5 or 6 eggs, bit of ham and a few bananas. Taking clen got me in the habit of eating bananas all the time for the potassium replenishment.
Work bro was miring me picking up a cart full of milk said "wow that must be like 100kg" brb probably pulling 200kg ish on the deadlift.
