    Not really. I train at 5pm and I'm usually around 800 calories for the day by then. Add coconut oil and caffeine to your post workout shake too, it helps with CBL a lot.

    I wonder after only a week of this if I would piss positive on a keto strip. I might go pick one up today just for the hell of it.

    hey bitch i fucked up the last one... lil hesitant to buy eye of round master race without testing the roasting instructions first

    EDIT: will buy bigger eye of round schlong next time... came out pretty good

    everyone at my weightlifting place tells me i train incorrectly. need less pulling, more squatting.

    i am "stronger' than everyone there, just not as technical. fml.

    im so lost what to do.

    you so need a good coach man.

    from what I gather you're a strong dude, so I think you have the squatting bit covered atm at least. What I honestly think you need is the technique to be able to apply that strength, i.e. you need to snatch and clean a whole lot more, not so much squat.

    Saw a black chick today on the squat rack when I walked in. She had 185 loaded up on it. I thought to myself, "what do we have here? This is going to be impressive."

    Then she put the pad on the bar and proceeded to do 1/4 ROM squats with it. :facepalm: Oh well.

    Getting a coach has been well worth the cost for me. My technique has improved and I feel I'm less likely to hurt myself. I've learned a lot from him.

    They are great once you get good at them. Can get in a little conditioning anywhere.
