Nice numbers! Makes me really wish it was bulking season. I'm hoping to have similar numbers come fall time and start thinking about competing.

I do a bunch of different exercise to help strengthen that area, especially after PT for the original injury. John worked around my injury and I haven't even been doing squats or deads since I started training with him. I actually don't know how I even re-injured or at least aggravated it, I swear it just happened.

I'm envious that such numbers are within striking distance and you're still able to shimmy into medium shirts and size 32 pants.

Ehhh striking distance is a bit of a stretch. I'm a 275b, 385s, 395d right now at 167. I'm hoping they shoot up at 190+.

raged at the gym today, was maxing out the box squat. Told some guy to spot me. Said if I missed the squat just raise the safety bars so I can put it down and don't touch me. It was a 1rm so obviously the rep was going pretty slow. got like 3/4 through the rep and was about to lock it out then he grabs me and yanks me up and said "if you can't lift it dont lift it" WHO THE FUCK MISSES A SQUAT AT LOCK OUT. Dumb cunt, raged so hard at him, had to leave the gym early because I couldn't look at him.

How tall are you TKJTG? I'm 167 at 5'6" and fit into medium shirts and size 32 jeans (though 32 are pretty tight at this point)

Yeah, at 5'10" you should definitely put on some weight to compete. 198's is pretty much bare minimum for 5'10". :)

How old is that WTB: TOJ Varsity size 48? I'm 5'10, 38-39 chest and you have 20lb on me. I had to go up to size 50 TOJ and it is still tight in the lats. Just FYI

Ah lol, the TOJ want. I never knew my proper sizing, so I just guessed. I should probably take that down...now I can't afford it. :D

    I have a 39" chest as well.

    edit: remeasured chest lol

Has anyone done the T-Nation Neanderthal No more posture correcting routine with success? It addresses a lot of issues I would like to correct but it is a major commitment so would rather not waste the time if it has limited efficacy.

I've been lifting since I was 15 years old. There's been a few hiatuses in there, but 8 years is 8 years. It's only been recently that I've taken the nutritional aspect of it seriously(other than just slamming down whey after a workout), but the weightlifting has always been there.
