I wish he was. Then I could say "hey, could I use the curl-rack when you're done?"
Also, today is deadlift day...least favorite day of the week. Probably because I suck so hard at them. Every time I go it's a struggle not to end up doing back squats instead. Time to go pull some puny amount of weight with sub-par form.
I kind of want to fb friend eason but i'm not sure if that's weird.
Eason was my first sf fb friend <3
disregard over training, sleep 10 hours and eat fuck loads.
LOL @ that guy's ROM. To think I feel guilty when if I'm an inch too high on a last rep and worrying about cheating.
Sadly, I see that ALL THE FUCKING TIME from guys who so buff and squat real big. Whereas me, I wish my squat rack could have the bars go lower so I could go ass to grass.
If you seem him again, ask him "When are you going to be finished with your curtsy practice?" Sad part is he probably brags to his friends that he reps 355 for an easy 10 and then wonders why he's not big, or perhaps thinks he's a genetic freak because he can "squat" so much without being huge.
It's my goal to have my ballsack tap the ground each rep, I would have to concentrate really hard to only squat that far.
I suck at embedding youtube videos.
Haha, love how he has his shoes off, because, you know, on 1-foot ROM squats it's important to have a solid footing so you can really go up on your toes.
I have this dude that goes to my gym that always comes in wearing a spandex shirt and windbreaker pants and maxes out machines at low rep with the lowest ROM I've ever seen, then he walks around like he's the shit.
trained chest with a friend yesterday, much higher volume than what i'm used to. hello DOMS. So much more of a pump from training like this....i do wonder if its better for size/aesthetics gains. Wish i actually had a gym buddy back home, its pretty good for motivation.
even worse than the quarter-squatter is your fb friend who is defending him
tell your friend that the proper ROM for olympic back squats is nothing less than the full range of motion your joints allow.
How short do you all cut your overhead press? I do seated dumbbell and I end the rep when my elbow goes just below my shoulder. Don't understand some people at the gym, attempt 90kg bench press, have to have your spotter yank the bar up, alright throw another 50kg on it. I mean wtf do you think is gonna happen.
