Hey chariy have any experience with Smolov?
I guess I'm just paranoid about buying something that requires me to provide my ID to the pharmacy. I don't want it on the record I"m buying something I "shouldn't be" (since I don't have asthma).
Ha, yeah...they're just afraid of you turning it into Meth. So long as you aren't buying up 50 packs at a time, it shouldn't be an issue.
For the record, I've found in Virginia that CVS, Walgreens, and Kroger pharamacies all carry Bronkaid. Target does not.
Some thoughts, you can do with them what you will:
1. This is personal preference, but I personally think I get more out of Good-Mornings than I do Romanian Deadlift. I think Good-Mornings are an excellent exercise that are often overlooked.
2. I noticed no flat bench or flies. If I were doing a workout like this, I would do incline and barbell flat and incline bench and flies and just alternate which one I'm doing. For example, one day I would do barbell bench and incline flies, the next time dumbell bench and barbell incline, the next time flat flies and dumbbell incline, etc. etc. This gives really good variation and keeps things interesting.
3. Ditch chin-ups. You're a man.
4. Perhaps alternate between bent over barbell row and T-bar rows. I think they are both great.
Little help for the torrent ignorant. carb back-loading pdf prz...
I got 2 weeks into it and fractured a rib so I had to stop. I quite liked it, intend to do it again in september.
What part of VA are you in? I'm in NoVa.
I don't think it's leaked yet. I bought mine and been passing it around to friends for $10

Is there any point in doing Intermittent Fasting if realistically you're only going to be able to stick to an eating window 6 days out of the week, or more likely 5 days? Is there any benefit in running it Monday to Friday or should I look at something else? Typically I'll lift 3 or 4 days a week, depending on the week of that matters. At least one of those days will be on the weekend.
Some people only do IF 1-2x a week and still claim good results from it. I can't speak from personal experience, though.
Why not try it and see if it works for you? No diet laid out a certain way is going to work the same for everyone. You won't know til you try.
True, just wondering if there is a hard fast rule. It's perfect for me during the work week but weekends are a crap shoot. Thanks.
