Me and my friend bought 100x40mcg pills for about $70. That is about enough for 4 2 week cycles. I'm half way into my first 2 week cycle, it ends on saturday. So 2 weeks costs $17.50 about. Gear is significantly cheaper then I thought it would be (and much much smaller then I thought, was shocked at how small the vials and pills are thought they'd be fairly big). TKJTG I am miring you're beautifully symmetrical abs.

Have to train later then normal today, Like 6-8pm instead of 12-2. I will be back with more stories of gym retards.

I lold, real cycles + pct (not some shitty clen) cost significantly more.

Also that's a real good job there with your cut TKJTG if you're not overtly losing all strength. Seems like you kept a decent amount of muscle on which is always the mark of ppl who actually know how to cut.

put in an order for a belt today, haet me styleforumz

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I'm losing a bit of pure bench strength, but that was a bit to be expected. Today was a chest day and surprisingly incline bench went up. Dips have also gone up, but that is to be expected with weight loss.

I had originally planned on dropping to 161, which is 7 pounds less than where I am now...but I'm beginning to think that may be excessive and stop at 3-4 instead.

Don't go to 161. You won't look like you work out at that point.

What kind of belt? I recently bought an Inzer and I'm breaking it in currently or it could be vice versa to tell the truth. Stiff as a motherfucker [IMG]

Gotta love having no reason/not caring at all about a cut.

something like an inzer or a PL belt is off the table, I wouldn't be able to clean with that. Just a standard oly belt thats 2" on the front and 4" at the back - exactly the type internets will tell you to never use but which has been used succesfully by many olers over the years.

Was pretty sure Bronkaid was pulled from the shelves and/or discontinued in the U.S...

Anyway, here's the dosage/cycle link I always see tossed around: http://hotnfit.com/ecstack.htm

Next Year's Tough Mudder: Doable goal? I'm terrible at running right now but it'll be nice to try and do something challenging...

I picked some up a week ago, so unless it's been pulled since then I don't think so. Tonight I'll try and get some more.

What neck of the woods are you in? Last I heard, this happened at the end of 2011.

Virginia. Picked some up at CVS last week. Last night at Walgreens I tried to get some more but they said they were temporarily out of stock.

Apparently its 90% strength as to whether you're ready and nobody gives a fuck if you walk some of it. If you want to run a half marathon do it on a road.
