Food prep question: I've baked a bunch of chicken breasts at once and eaten them over days. Turns out fine. Doesn't seem to work with beef. How do you guys cook yours (would prefer not to have to pan fry a bunch of them at once)?

Quite like lifting on a Sunday evening, nobodies in the gym at that time except maybe some bird on the elliptical.

How are you eating the beef? In my experience its fine if you get a decent cut and slice it for sandwiches as and when you want it.

Been buying eye of round roasts from the local butcher. Price is okay, quality is good. Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing. I can do a pretty decent NY or ribeye in a cast iron skillet and smoke a few racks of ribs with better than average results but when a cut is this lean, I can't make it appetizing to save my life.

Eyeround is beef of the gods, favourite cut. Roast in the oven, wait till its cold (one of the few foods I eat cold), cut really thin and eat with olive oil, salt, pepper and mustard. Usually takes like a week for me to eat. Sometimes a fry a few tomatoes and put some of that green that coldsnap said was gross.

"Beef" is a pretty vague description. What sort of beef are you cooking? Different cuts require different kinds of prep. If you only want to cook in the oven, roasts will turn out best.

I think i'm proof that you can eat like shit as long as you keep calories in check and still make progress on lifts and looks.

If i posted my daily diet on here i would be ashamed of myself. But im still sitting around 10ish %bf and cutting down for summer...
