It's easier if you do some things to make the process as simple as possible. Make all your food for the week in one day, maybe even portion it out so it's grab and go the whole week. Don't bring money or your credit card to work so you have to eat what you bring. Stuff like that really helps.

I don't know how this is helpful without a portion/macro breakdown.

Macros are based off bodyweight and desired bodyweight. It's suggested though, so you have to judge based on how flat your stomach is in the morning if you need more / less carbs.

    Mine is -

100g protein for the no carb part of the day (wakeup till pwo)
32.5g fat for no carb part
700 calories for low carb part of day
80g of protein consumed at evening
595g of carbs consumed at evening

i honestly dont think the timing of macro ratios matter that much. you might need more carbs post workout because of glycogen depletion. but that's about it.

    :fistbump:

i remember when i BPed BW for 5 reps. I was so proud of myself (I started with barely pressing 95 pounds)

    good job bro

yeah but you dont deplete 600g worth of glycogen in one workout. you have a total of maybe 500g of reserves in your body. if you're running a marathon (eg 2+ hours) then yeah for sure. but normal workouts with say 20, 25 sets of 30, 45 second work deplete maybe 60g of glycogen.

putting all that within 2 hours of workout is definitely good tho. delaying it apparently reduces the rate of glycogen synthesis

anyways, my point is the timing doesn't matter (except for a post workout drink. that helps).

    44% fat, 38% carbs, 18% protein (164.8g).

You are less insulin gi sensitive as the day goes on. Which means timing as everything todo with it

Please explain. In SS Rip states 3500-6000 calories a day, 1g protein per pound of bodyweight as a good starting point. Obviously I don’t know shit, so I’d like to hear (see?) your thoughts. Is it the fat and lack of protein? I’m just under 124 pounds.

Lettuce be cereal, you do not need 4000 calories a day especially in that macro ratios , you're just gonna get fat. As chariy said 40/30/30

Another wave of PRs today, 2kg per arm on incline db press, 5kg on lying tricep extension. Not as good as its been on like squat days, but a PRs a PR. Did some snatch pulls off about a 4" platform, more fun then doing shrugs, worked up to 85kgx3.
