Actually, fuji may or may not be right - the prohormone in question may or may not shut you down, it depends on what it is.
Nevertheless, you should not be taking any PH.
I'm not saying don't use gear, it's just if I recall you're an adult you can probably get a prescription of test from a doctor very easily, which will be safer and more effective. Prohormones are for kids who wouldn't be able to get prescribed by a doctor, too scared to pin or too scared to buy it illegally.
Yeah apparently some PHs don't shut down your test or aromatize, if its one of those it would be more safe, but would still put some strain on your liver.

Decided I suck at weightlifting. BF went from around 12% to 20% in roughly six months eating 3k/day and doing SS (strength gains were not impressive). Going to start cutting, doing RPT, and be content with no/slow gains unless someone can convince me otherwise.
Last successful 3x5 sets were 165sq/155bp/105ohp. 1x5 @ 205 dl (was higher but back was rounding)
Not extremely important for my goals but as a side goal, I wish I were a bit thicker up top like knucks and his friend.
Right now I'm thick downstairs (PAUSE) but not as much up top.
... but then again, I only come in at a whopping 193 @ 5'11" :\
you actually ran SS for 6 months and got those #'s?
Disregard SS acquire PHAT for dem hypertrophy gains. Low rep strength work might just not work for you.

Yeah very. I'd like to get down to 175-180, even it meant a bit of strength loss. I'm moving in a week to Shanghai, and as I haven't found anywhere to do serious strength training there, will probably slim out some over the next few months.
