He's 17, isn't that a different class then when your 18?
This is useful info, thanks. I'd compete at 165 and am currently totalling 1055. It's not too hard to imagine that I could get up to the master range in the next year once I get my deadlift up to par.
Yep. 16-17, 18-19, 20-23.
If he competes when he's 17, he could very well take some records depending on his state and fed.
You 165er's should check out Brandon's log: http://goris.co/brandonsblog/about-the-author/
Guy benches almost as much as he squats? LOL
I'm 5'5 and about 190. Not particularly low body fat.
charly: completely unrelated, what relation do you have to TOJ?
This is a good friend of mine. Guess his height and weight here.
Not going to guess, but that's about what I look like, with a little more of a gut.
Really? I squat 15kg less then you and I look nothing like that.
If you do, that's great, but you're weak for looking like that
You don't squat 560 for reps.
and I squat more than you and i dont look like that.
Fuark miring hard.
Hah I'm 5'5. Can't be helped that much.
But yeah, I never claimed exception strength. My training is a strength-biased crossfit program, so I'm never going to be the biggest or strongest guy in a room.
