+1 to the above. if it has a squat rack and is cheap and convenient, go there. i dont know about australia but anything over 30$/month here for what you need at a gym is silly. dont worry about chalk and bumper plates and whatnot.

Back when I used to go to SNAP Fitness, who doesn't allow chalk, I found this awesome product that doesn't leave any residue that I would use. It's called eco ball and it's used by rock climbers who don't want to chalk up the environment.

It's essentially a powder that both acts somewhat like normal chalk as well as a drying agent that temporarily dries out your hands while you have it on. I think it works better than regular chalk TBH, though I don't use it anymore.

I used to think I could attain vegeta's level of aesthetics without dat der, but even he's on the cell tech. When will it be my turn to be over 9000? Miring his swole lateral delts.

Krillin is a super manlet though, he has to resort to what is basically a more sophisticated version of a flesh light to get female attention.

Supplements definitely helps/motivates you to hit the gym. Start by taking a multi-vitamin 2x a day and be more conscious of what you eat by calorie counting.

Well I don't know why you're trying to drop weight to begin with. From your videos, it looked like you needed some more meat on ya.
