Nikes on the previous page still own. Dem be da shiz.
I'm not hardcore enough to need OL shoes. I'm doing it wrong.
Looking forward to them. (have not received them yet).
Size 9 if anyone is interested in the case they don't fit.
Nothing is worse than a FB friend who just discovered crossfit. Nothing.
Had one of these happen a month or two ago in my news feed. To my shock and delight, a whole MESS of anti-cf people dogpiled on the post.
SON I WAS PROUD
I am lightyears away from "needing" my lifting shoes, but even at this fledgling state, there is a huge difference between squatting in those and Chucks.
the "crossfit guy" in the social circle has been unusually quiet about lifting lately; turns out he messed up his elbow crossfit snatching and had a falling-out with the instructor, and now lifts at the new indie strength + conditioning place in town.
but they have corrupted him with paleo. frying pan-->fire
Think I'm the only person in the entire gym that squats, it's weird, every time I squat people always stare at me like I'm a piece of meat. Don't really care though it's nice to be left alone.
Also, ordered Inzer 13mm 2 prong belt. Not looking forward to breaking it in.
There is something viscerally delicious about cooking over an open fire though. So Paleo has that going for it.
Why you squatting in the curl rack, broseph? How you gonna get them bitches up on your shit if you ain't got them tricked out biceps?
I imagine that's how most of the people at most gyms talk and think.
I spend 1 or 2 workouts a week doing chest/back arms. The rest is power (BB/KB complexes)/running/yoga/soccer (theoretically).
come at me bros
Idk if anyone here is on reddit r/advancedfitness and r/weightroom are pretty great. There's also subs for bodybuilding, running, yoga, kettlbells, general fitness (for n00bs), weight loss, paleo, keto, etc. etc.
Ah, yes, will check reddits.
