About six-eight minutes. Just wait until the crust is ready. But yeah, it comes out fast.

That's still pretty impressive. Good work.

kwilk would you ever open your own restaurant/wine bar?

the hours and time for pay seems like such a risky business and huge life suck. if you can scale it up then you can make a lot but it's highly improbable you'll stay afloat for five years much less make millions off of it

if the us was full of people like piob and gomey than i feel like it'd be more fun to open one. i feel like the typical customer is more often than not some person who's ego is easily bruised/inflated when you start talking about wine

I can't say I'd "never" open up a place, but I very very highly doubt it. But I'd be more than happy to have a "hands-off" restaurant owner hire me to run his place. Why take all the risk and spend all the money when you can spend someone else's money and if people stop showing up their asses are on the line instead of yours? If I could see myself opening anything in the future, it'd be a shop, not a restaurant.

Hey lad, mind if I give you the task of building a ship? If it doesn't float, don't worry - you can just leave it.

I still have dreams of opening my own Velvet Tango Room style place.

 The SF Discount on top of what I make now would put me under minimum wage! I'd have to sell my dog to pay for gas.
