    Marinade. Mixed with olive oil. It's very good. I am not a big spicy food guy, but I can eat them up.

    Doubtful. I am a big fan of more people cooking, and the whole idea of making food is sharing it with people you care about, so no matter what it is, if that is what you are doing, you are good with me.

    There's no better time of a year than right now for harissa, in my opinion, because I love using it with winter squash preparations. It goes very well with cruciferous vegetables also.

    OK, I looked. The marinade is 1T yuzu kosho, 1T soy and 1/4 C olive oil. This would be a good one for you, teger. Easy and delicious.

    How'd it turn out? Got any pictures? I'm interested to see your take on Chinese food (I'm assuming it's a Sichuan dish like Shui zhu yu or something).
