nah man i meant the place we go to, about 150 a person which would probably be prices mentioned above in japan

How weird you mention that. I am wearing my Rad Racing tshirt at work today. Almost no one remembers the movie though.

That's why caches were invented.
I dont know of any database that doesn't support this. At the least you could use a simple query cache that caches the results of who is currently browsing; set the cache's time to live to like 5 minutes and you should be fine.
