Tempted to do the all samkyupsal diet. It is this:
1) When hungry, eat samkyupsal.
2) Eat until full.
3) Go back to 1

Brisket all day baby. Never been a huge fan of pork belly.

yo. you haven't had proper pork belly.

thinly sliced. grilled til chewey and slightly crusted. a little sesame oil and a few grains of salt. take a couple of those wrap them in fresh crunchy lettuce leaves. a little bit of the side dishes on it. wrapped and slowly savored on. just think about it.

or crusted skin side. braised til meat is just butter soft. sauce made of some reduced stock, a little oyster sauce, a bit of this and that. softly boiled tender leaves of bok choy. a little bit of sautÃ

ed shitake mushrooms. just gently touch your teeth to the meat and have it melt on your tongue.

Bacon is much more flavorful than korean pork belly. indesertum might be right though, maybe the pork belly in korea really is that much better than the pork belly in LA ktown.
