I'd settle for one of the plain washed ones... which are still almost $1k.

I want to get this cardi from Brooks Brothers/ Gatsby movie collab. It's the same cardi that Tobey Maguire's character Nick wore in the movie

The entire Gatsby/BB collab is very costume-y. Too loud for the average Brooks customer, too precious for everyone else.

You'd need a very specific wardrobe to make it work.

I saw the selections they have in the stores last week and no I don't think it's costumey at all. The cardigan I wanted to get is pretty basic with the loden green coloring and white tipping detail as the focal point of design.

I also want those cute little cute bag charms they made in collaborations with Black Fleece. The little sheep ones and white button downs remind me of the Prada tricks. Speaking of Prada, the women's costumes in the movie were awesome.

what's off about that video is that a guy wearing a bunch of balmain would probably look at a dude in all gucci and think he's a chump (and probably vice versa). and then the dude in all yohji or ccp or whatever would think they're both fools. and then of course the Levis dude thinks they're all clowns, and they think he's a plebe...It's the great circle of judgment!
