haha word, i don't know - has anyone tried meditation? I think i'm developing ADHD, cant really focus on things like i used to or maybe everything I am involved in doesn't interest me enough ?
sorry this isn't fashion haha just random thought
I've had ADD ever since I can remember and eventually you learn to just work with it, you know how to motivate yourself/structure your activities and routines. If it's the real deal, medication can help in certain situations but it's really not a great idea unless you're 100% sure you have it and will continue to have ADD
Adderall always slows everything down with a sense of purpose giving me control over my task; making me more chill and focused( clears up my brain removing the fog and static)people all think they have add. it's just human nature to not be able to focus for that long. i'm not saying add doesn't exist but i'm very skeptical of the idea. furthermore, meds aren't really what helps. yeah, i've done them too (adderall, vyvanse). they just make you really motivated to do work that would otherwise seem very unappealing. they make you (or me at least) even more scatter minded. probably not bad to take them very sparingly, but i don't really think they're a solution.
things in the past were so much easier to grasp...
