nice on the diems Moo

Thanks for all the advice guys -- yeah now that i think of it i've had it all my life but things in the past were so much easier to grasp without actually sitting down and figuring it out haha. I ask because my girlfriend and a dude i recently met has an insane focus/ attention span - but can only do two or three things at a time ( so focused he forgets to eat :uhoh: ), and the result of their work is nothing short of stunning

haha word, i don't know - has anyone tried meditation? I think i'm developing ADHD, cant really focus on things like i used to or maybe everything I am involved in doesn't interest me enough ?

sorry this isn't fashion haha just random thought

I've had ADD ever since I can remember and eventually you learn to just work with it, you know how to motivate yourself/structure your activities and routines. If it's the real deal, medication can help in certain situations but it's really not a great idea unless you're 100% sure you have it and will continue to have ADD

people all think they have add. it's just human nature to not be able to focus for that long. i'm not saying add doesn't exist but i'm very skeptical of the idea. furthermore, meds aren't really what helps. yeah, i've done them too (adderall, vyvanse). they just make you really motivated to do work that would otherwise seem very unappealing. they make you (or me at least) even more scatter minded. probably not bad to take them very sparingly, but i don't really think they're a solution.

anyway, if there is one thing i recommend for focusing, it's exercise. intense cardio is probably the best (running, bike riding), and for an extended amount of time (an hour is ideal). weight lifting helps too but not as much in my opinion. i bet yoga might be good; i've never done it. i haven't meditated all that much but it seems to help. environment and other important things going on in your life will always affect it, though.

Adderall always slows everything down with a sense of purpose giving me control over my task; making me more chill and focused( clears up my brain removing the fog and static)

I agree with you that some people believe they have ADHD , but they have an iphone, ipad and music on while trying to study. That will cause anyone to think they have ADHD.

Hahahaha ^^

Thats like saying you don't believe in Leukemia??

Have you seen clinical ADHD? I have, pre and post Stratera, the difference is amazing.

The worst thing about a mental illness is when people say that 'they don't really believe in it' or 'oh its just your behavior'.

^ooo la la (no not really).

Two things:

1) Uh... wait.. what were we talking about? I lost my train of thought. Okay that was bad.

2) Nothing, add, ocd, leukemia, aids, NOTHING is worse than getting a knit in the mail and seeing that the ******* merchant had the **** on a hanger FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Definitely go to Barcelona Synth. Only been there when I was like 4 myself, but want to go and see a match live.

Also, read today that A$AP's coming to Finland this summer. And yesterday I noticed Kendrick's having a gig next month. No noise about that whatsoever anywhere. His album's one of the hottest thing out there atm, yet I hear about the gig first a couple weeks before it's scheduled.
