1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

This is my first hour back on StyleForum since I put it on "the nuclear option" of StayFocusd about 5 or 6 days back.

My honors thesis is done, I'm so close to the end of college and the beginning of graduate school.

The sad thing is, your ability to concentrate pretty much peaks as an undergrad.

poppycock. some of the most focused somewhat older individuals I've ever met are usually at house parties in a closed off back room somewhere, talking really intensely and with great focus!

What was the link for that place in NYC that made SLP esque floppy hats for women? IIRC they were made to order.

hmmm.. interesting, but seems like you may lose some of the networking connection at the beginning of 1L. Although I guess it depends on the percentage of incoming class that takes that option… I wasn't even aware that some schools did that. Trading the rain for snow is an improvement? My gosh I wouldn't make it a month in Michigan but it's a good school so good luck!

    what?

    Long shot,

But has anyone here handled both Toj's daypack and one of the similar IISE daypack models?

If so what are the primary differences between the two-- things like overall size, weight, shoulder padding, quality, durability, etc

I almost had a panic attack at the London primark, it was so crowded. People just changing in the isles instead of lining up for a changing room.

How about you guys keep your Primark and open up some M&S over here instead? I remember having some delicious cookies from M&S, or biscuits I guess.

It has always been my goal to prove weird statements like this wrong.

Anyways, I didn't get the memo on a dinner toast to graduating biology majors that was supposed to be semi-formal (I thought it was casual and didn't have time to change). I showed up in a leather bomber, drop crotch black sweats, and sneakers. We took a group picture, I looked really out of place.

Meh, shit happens. My advisor thought it was hilarious.

Slice is a good app for that. It's designed as a shipment tracker but also has a pie chart that counts all your spending sorted into things like bills, shoes, clothes etc

I live a couple minutes walk from that place.

I've never wanted to murder tourists more than I have done while trying to squeeze past the hordes of people who come out of that shop with bags upon bags piled full of cheap shit.

I remember the first time we stepped foot in an h&m was in dc in 05 I think it was. Had no idea what it was and all my friends were flipping out at how cheap everything was. I couldn't believe you could buy so much shit for so little but of course I left with nothing.
