I don't think I'd recommend many of their products, but the Bose earbuds are actually really nice, little design features like earbuds that actually stay in your ear, and the sound-boosting/altering they do is actually a plus when listening to a ****** ipod (as opposed to a real soundsystem). I got mine for free though idk if I'd have a different opinion if I'd dropped 100 on em.

I hope so, for my sake as well. It helps to have no real responsibilities and lots of free time I guess.

I actually put it in writing, on both SF and on Harajuju, that I would not spend X amount of dollars for so many months. I completely disregarded that these past few days. Whoops. :embar:

Is starting a necktie/pocket square company pretty much a rite of passage now over on MC?

That guy totally has Marfan syndrome and an extra Y

Marfans is the only reason I'm not a manlet.

Jet, I wear seinheisser CX300IIs when I lift, they're pretty good, don't understand why people need the thing which wraps around your ears.

RE: The Barneys mixup

After a phone call to their CS managed to get the charges reversed, they still have no idea why the order didn't go through. Here's hoping what I was ordering is still around in a few days when everything has processed on the bank side.

RE: Financial Responsibility in 20s.

All I can say is thank god tech compensation is meritocratic and relatively high.

******* UPS. They were supposed to deliver a package on 12/24, but couldn't due to the weather. I understand, and wasn't too annoyed. But, instead of simply delivering it today, they marked that I had twice refused the package, and were going to return it to sender. Thankfully, I caught it before it actually left town. Apparently, they did this to "hundreds of packages".

speaking of ups:

'accidentally' ordered something from OC (meaning, didn't expect the order to go through and even got a ship confirmation), ups tracking number says a label was made like a week ago but it hasn't even shipped yet :(

Yeah, until the frontal lobe has fully developed at whatever age, risk-reward calculations are skewed toward the reward.

The latest data indicate that teenagers are risk-insensitive (rather than skewed toward rewards), rather than risk averse which is common for adults. The prefrontal cortex is fully devloped late teens/early 20s.

Ah, interesting. Forgive my ignorance. Practically speaking, what's the difference?
