1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I'm usually whatever about "hating" inanimate objects, but that hat is absolutely horrible and I fucking hate it, and Pharrell looks hella stupid in it.

Miran, Isachenko, SF'ers known for their vitriol horrible people IRL, too, new study finds:

    http://www.slate.com/articles/healt..._machiavellianism_narcissism_psychopathy.html

Overall, the authors found that the relationship between sadism and trolling was the strongest, and that indeed, sadists appear to troll because they find it pleasurable. “Both trolls and sadists feel sadistic glee at the distress of others,” they wrote. “Sadists just want to have fun ... and the Internet is their playground!”

I wore a slutty t, slim black jeans, and MA-1 jacket (aka SF approved uni) to meet a girl for the first time for coffee

I wonder what she thought, if anything
