1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I think Regis is a premium member or whatever it's called.

Also, goddamn that's a pretty extensive list of stores.

Were your returns substantially more expensive than the items you've kept? And did you opt for refund instead of moneyoox by chance?

I checked my roulette history and I returned 8 of the last 12 items from yoox. I'm waiting on another 3 items right now, should I be afraid?

Aren't algorithms expensive to create and implement?

Never knew how expensive Canada Post was until today. $88 for a 2.5kg package to Australia that will take 4-7weeks. :(

Not necessarily. If it's automated it's probably just a query that runs on the database and flags something if it returns true.

a lady in FedEx in front of me was trying to mail a big box to Canada and at the end (after a lot of difficulty on the part of the employees negotiating computer menus and customs stuff) the guy says "OK this is gonna be 320 dollars."

she did not go for it.

I hope we find out what the blacklisting query is based on so we can all avoid it. No one wants to play russian variety of yoox roulette.

The Danish postal service wanted $40 for pair ob trunks from Denmark to London, which is almost the same as a one way ticket.

Used to work for currier firm and I had a guy one day who paid $400 for an envelop to somewhere in Eastern Europe, we only had one shipping post code for the entire country and it was some military base.

Funnily enough I can ship a 150kg 1m3 box almost anywhere in the world for $200 or less via my company shipping agent.

Anybody got a line on a parka from Exploder in dark shadow, size 50? I've convinced myself that these might be worth $1000 used. There's one floating around on SuFu but I think a 48 would be too small...
