1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

das wassup. only problem is blazers always leave my chest exposed to the elements when the lapels are folded down. so i compensate by wearing scarves, thinking the whole time about how marginally practical and weird and great blazers are.

on that note, i've been semi obsessed with blazers designed to button all the way up. it's hard to do this without making the wearer look like a lowly subject in some orwellian society, but when it's done well, it looks great.

So is that more of a farmer's jacket than blazer when they button all the way up?

The ts(s) shirt jacket I got from NMWA can be worn like a blazer, or buttoned all the way up with the lapels opened. It's a great piece.

I'm way overdue to check out EG. Gotta get on that.

Ann and Christophe also do it well:

Hey brad, what was the name of that Japanese shop you posted long ago that had those wjk (I think) boots for a pretty reasonable price? IIRC Artishard ended up picking up a pair.

Good question. Blue Merle? Zozo? I have no idea honestly sorry. If you look through my posts in the baller boot thread you'll probably find whatever you're thinking of.

Blue Merle! That was the one. Doesn't look like they carry it anymore from what I can see.

Belstaff's greatest creation is the coat that Sherlock wears.
