1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I still need to try the new Margiela Replica series. Is Saks still the exclusive stockist?

Ok cool thanks I wasn't sure because also for the customs section it says that they're not liable for duties outside of Canada and the US and I'm making a big purchase.

Are lacing them all the way up? You don't have to - if you want a little more mobility, leave the top couple of rows of eyelets unlaced

Wut? If you're given correct info on ebay and they don't fit it's YOUR problem, please don't try to return them or file an ebay complaint on that basis, it's unethical.

I have no idea why the e-shop doesn't carry this stuff.

Also, Bert, what are you picking up?

Beneseyed is a rich young man who suffers from affluenza. He will ruin anyone's life--even that of an innocent ebay seller trying to sell overpriced leather shoes to feed his family.

"Looks like guidi boots are all we have for dinner this new years, kids"
    "Daddy, where's the real food?"
"Honey, please stop joking around. You did buy dinner, right?"
"No! Babe, look, it's not my fault. This guy on ebay, beans eyes or whatever, he filed a chargeback! I have no access to funds! Their misappropriated!"
His daughter tugs at his pant leg. "Didn't you clearly list the size of the item in your ebay listing, daddy?"
"Sweetheart, of course daddy did. Sellers have no power on ebay anymore. If someone like beanseyes wants, he can rob us of every cent we have."
    "But wot about dinner, daddy?
"I guess dinner will have to wait."
"But I'm hungry now, daddy. My tummy hurts."
"I know, sweetie, I know. Damn you, beanseyes. Damn you to hell."

Epilogue: Honest ebay shoeseller spends years trying to dig himself out of financial and emotional hole left by Beneseyed's reckless and greedy "expensive materials to put on my body and damn anyone who gets in my way" hobby. Daughter and wife sell their bodies to abusive men in order to bring in second source of income. Daughter contracts the AIDS virus and wife takes her own life. Honesy ebay shoeseller attempts to leave beneseyed negative feedback but is unable to due to ebay's feedback policy.

No worries, if the description isn't accurate you have every right to ask for a refund and the seller should agree with no complaints.

I never lace my boots up all the way. If there are speed hooks I never use them, and just lace them tight around the ankle. For a boot like the Heschung Malko, I leave one or two eyelets unlaced, and just time the boots up loosely.
