never liked that ****, tbh. I got plenty of people who do, it's not my go-to hot sauce though, actually I don't even know what my go-to hot sauce is. for my pho, always this, plus a lime wedge, anything else is uncivilized:

Franks Red Hot, bitches. Chili and Lime flavour for variety; no discussion necessary.

I have been avoiding SF like the plague for the last three weeks. Forgive me for quoting **** from fifteen pages ago.

still can't believe this shirt and how much it embodies what i can't stand about americana (and i wear flannel 7 days a week) it's like the entire concept of design and aesthetics have fallen so far to the wayside in the pursuit of ancient americana and workwear references that design has been reduced to a dungeons & dragons random encounter chart where the designers roll 1d20 to determine how many wacky shape pockets you're going to battle oh ****, 16! thats two triangles an octagon and a chambray elemental, give up $200 and roll initiative

This is the best thing I've read on the forum in at least a couple months.

MMM is only marginally interesting to me at the moment and none of the FW09 stuff fits me well enough to pay the requisite ¥, and the YSL I tried on fit well but fabric was meh. Men's Non-No isn't giving me any good ideas on a knit for this winter, either. Everything looks too 'on the beaten path' for where I want to be, purchase-wise. It's probably mostly because I wear "work" clothes every day (tie and everything), so I want my non-work clothes to be interesting and satisfy my quality needs. drew, I sent dizz a pm in regards to it, but I have an idea for a knit I'd like to see. Not sure if you ever run into nice merinos or cashmeres but I'm serious about this (plain, kind of mmm-raf hybrid aesthetic) design if you found a place to sew out a couple.
Have you looked at Jil [knits] for this season? There's some interesting stuff there.

hot sauces though, you need more hot sauces per occasion than you need shoes.

I could get by with like 3 pairs of shoes as long they didn't deterioriate on me; MMM german armies in white, my Jil X CHurch's wholecuts, and then something in the middle, a casual leather shoe.

hot sauces on the other hand, I like a little basic tobasco sometimes, sometimes you want some harissa, sometimes you want a spicy cucumber paste for your samosas, sometimes you need that sambal oelek for your pho, some gochujang on my korean ****, some doubanjang, some cholula or real nasty 3 month old Tapatio from the door of your fridge, hot sauce definitely isn't a one for all thing.

There's a sriracha thread here somewhere. Someone in there said it's no good on eggs, which is true. Chili paste, otoh, is spine-crushingly awesome on eggs.

I spent 30 minutes today looking for the nylon webbing that goes on the front of an MA-1 for the gas mask retainer loops and tab. I actually found it, but not in the 3 colors I wanted. I think I can order it though.
