1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Fuck I'm itching for some baller ass high top sneakers other than balenciaga. Can anyone comment on the sizing for Pierre Hardy High tops in comparison to MMM GATs and CPs? TIA.

Are there any cool cameraman fits out there? I have been wanting a cameraman for sooo long.. but honestly don't know how I would wear it. All I ever see is #menswear stuff. I dunno. Every time I see one I want it, but then I think about it and I'm just like "Nah, it doesn't fit in."

I think I'm more in love with the idea of the jacket I guess...that the jacket was based on the one Wilfrid wore on the first fucking ascent of Everest. I mean, how cool is that?

Synth I couldn't tell you for certain about every style but I know for a fact that the sweatshirt and baseball knit cardi are both longer in XL vs L.

Just saw Hundred Waters at Glasslands, holy shit. Mind blowing.

It's 'inspired by' Wilfrid - it bears next to no resemblance to his actual jacket. I love mine, but then I'm an old fart :) I guess you could probably pair one with some Junya, certainly EG but it'll never look 'edgy' or avantgarde.

I'm 6'4 and recently picked up a pocket sweater in XL that's almost too long for me. Haven't tried any other knits though.

I am dreading the upcoming summer. The down side to my move is that I will be surrounded by sperry's, popped polo collars, nantucket red pants, and vineyard vines belts.

Speaking of summer, who makes a good lightweight, absolutely non-insulating tee that I can wear in DC summers where the humidity makes any article of clothing impractical? Even my lightish cotton tees get all gross.

What are they made of? I can't find a simple statement of fabric composition, though "super-fine fiber developed by..." says to me it's 100% synthetic and not a cotton blend.

I've picked up a few cotton tees that are lightweight to the point of sheerness randomly around Toronto, but I'd like a reliable source of plain tops in a comparable material.

The problem w airism tees is that they look very much like undershirts

If you're gonna wear them on their own def size up

late reply, but pretty true overall like others have said, though I've found the sleeves to be pretty damn small compared to even schneider, which makes the shirts a dead-end for me. Take this for example:

    http://www.yoox.com/us/38259766KS/item?dept=men#sts=sr_men80&cod10=38259766KS&sizeId=3

Really nice shirt, but I couldn't even lift my arms up without feeling like I was gonna rip the sleeves out. Just something to keep in mind if buying on final sales etc.
