1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I still haven't found another pair of jeans that fit like the 19 cms. If you want that fit, there aren't better options out there that I know of.

In Danny Brown's new track he rhymes "ann demeulemeester" with "keister"

    That is all.

Do I dare begin down the path of tech ninja? Looking at some Stone Island Shadow Project items right now that look rather appealing.

re: Slimane and grunge (or really punk, indie rock, and grunge) -- What's funny about Slimane's love affair with that punk/indie rock/grunge look is that a lot of the bands that pioneered that music outright rejected the corporate system. Those great labels that sprung up in the 80s and 90s, like SST, Touch and Go, Sub Pop, and Dischord, came about as a way for bands to put out the music they liked without having to go through the major labels. The bands were all totally poor and just did it because they loved music (until grunge anyway). Kind of ironic that Slimane made his name by co-opting the look born out of that ethos for the super rich, upscale Dior corporation.

You ever see that clip from Hype! where the Seattle rockers talk about their Rolling Stone shoots where they had to change out of their five dollar Wal Mart flannel and into the $300 identical-looking fashunz flannel? Pretty funny.

(I think the whole movie's on YouTube, actually...)

Danny Brown wins at doing the most drugs in semi-mainstream rap... that's about it. Harry Fraud also somewhat overrated as a producer.

I like Hangar One for vodka.

Try this: 2 parts vodka/gin of choice, 1 part St. Germaine, lime wedge/splash of lime juice, (tonic optional)

^ commonly known as a French Gimlet, would consider swapping lime for cucumber if using certain more floral gins such as Hendricks

Marc Jacobs did it way before Slimane though with his 1992 grunge collection for Perry Ellis. Also
