1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Maybe in Legoland, not in Amurica.

Where do I try on Levis 511s? I think the last time I stopped into UO, they didn't have any whites...

For some reason I feel like Pacsun would actually stand a really good chance of having the whites as opposed to other places that sell Levis. Seems like Kohls and JC Pennys usually have fairly normal washes..then again, been a few years since I've bought some Levi 511s (or 510s like I wore in college :embar: )

I don't know if this is an across-the-board thing, but the Penney's here has a whole section of the men's department devoted to Levi's. It's got the usual tables and racks of various cuts and washes, but the center of the section has a circle of long, wooden tables with a sample of each cut laid out with additional information on each one nearby. It's actually pretty "neat."

And FWIW, I tried on some white 511's and 514's the last time I was there just for the lulz. Thick thighs and hips don't mesh with white pants.

Got my white 511s at UO, but they were on sale and they hadn't gotten more white jeans since they sold out.

Tim Coppens isn't really my thing but whenever I see any in person I'm always impressed with the design, including fabric/trim choices, and how well-made it looks. There are some exceptions here and there (can be over designed sometimes), but generally I think it looks very good. Bit too techno-sporty for me personally though.

Saw some of the new Yohji stuff too and was really not feeling it. Outside of the runway context it looks very clownish. Well, the hyper colorful stuff anyway. Kind of a raver-clown thing.

Yeah, I like it. Wearing it right now. It's a bit overwhelming on its own, but it looks really nice layered underneath a jacket or something.
