1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Maybe I'm on drugs, but Mikey that last post reads like you're on drugs.

I am thinking of making a trip north to hang out with an old buddy, have lunch and some scotch with parker and what else I don't know in the next 2-3 months.

I just decided this yesterday since last time I've been was 01. It's about time.

Stuff sent regular post like usps or royal mail seems to get through tho. But yeah. They really don't like money leaving their country. So now I just have a mountain of stuff waiting at home.

not sure if tassels/suede chukkas get much love here but ... really do find the contrast colors attractive and not overly #menswear.

i have a feeling my never been hit by customs streak might be coming to an end.

ordered something from oki-ni and it's coming quickly by DHL. never had DHL deliver anything and the tracking is hella weird. looks real suspect =/

    for indesertum,
I had a friend who interned as a buyer for Bloomingdale's. He hated it, said it was a lot of the same spread sheet crunching and boredom as finance and couldn't wait for the 2 months or whatever it was to be over. fwiw, but i had no interest after hearing from him.

I think Mike (now one of the owners of Epaulet) started off as a buyer for one of the big retailers. You might try and reach out, although he's likely pretty busy I'm sure he would have some good insight.
