1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Dude, you have a wife, four kids, are an associate professor, run a fairly significant website, travel around the world to support said website, and frequently work out.

    Do you ever sleep?

This isn't much of a loss. As far as derivative goth ninja designers with awful copy go, he was one of the worst offenders.

there needs to be a "random bullshit thread" so i don't have to spend 15 minutes getting through unread posts that have nothing to do with clothes in this one...

...a mod could make my post the first of the thread

Yeah, who needs a brand that makes awesome jeans that don't come apart at the seams, cool outerwear, tees that dont fit like anyone else's and dont cost $400 for no reason and nothing with bullshit distressing all over. Especially when Rick Owens is so much better at writing copy anyway.

The Cure tee was still the nicest, softest t-shirt I've ever handled, but the hilarious proportions just weren't for me.

I bet the thermochromic ones would be a hit at parties.

    I enjoyed that N&F video.

The thermochrome jeans are ridiculous and gimmicky, but they're in a restrictive and slow-moving industry experimenting and being passionate.

You can tell Brandon just loves what he's doing.

The Weird Guy or Slim Guy fits in grey and indigo continue to be the pair of jeans I recommend to my friends.
