1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I see so many terrible scarves on chicks (including burberry ones which I can't believe sell bc they're so ugly) around here it's ridiculous.

Question: those of you (probably quite a lot) that like tabi-boots on girls, did you like them at first sight, or did you come to like them?
Most likely it's the same as when I browse "the young and hungry" in class and some classmate sees it and thinks it looks ridiculous (like that kurta+blazer+preacher hat some week ago), while I think it looks completely amazing.
Still though, I think it will really take something special or just a long time before I feel that way about tabi-boots [IMG]

The DvN and MMM trompe l'oeil are apparently quite comfortable. I haven't tried them on myself :)embar:) but some girls I know were quite positive about them, as for the tabi well it varies a lot, especially with the heels, they're mostly worn to events. Ann are also generally seen as comfortable.

Definitely an acquired taste just like a lot of things. Your exposure to such looks definitely shapes the way you see them. My ex was very into fashion and always hated the tabis. I had a friend who wore them every day, every boot and shoe she owned was some form of martins tabi. To each their own just like all fashion.

I'm not live streaming anything for you perverts!

Synth- She is great! I skied with her again today, and damn if I had a hard time keeping up with her! I did the fastest skiing I've ever done today. She just told me that her parents sent her the pair of cowboy boots she used to ride in as a teenager, so it's possible the jeans are still around somewhere :)

Someone one was talking about Armani recently, really love this look from him. Apologies for the quality, snapped this with my phone in a hurry. From Fashionisto #5, The Dark Issue

Never see TH get much love here. I wish they had a CKC like set up so that you could actually buy their nice things. *dream red leather*

Also, the texture on these pants looks -worthy
I hope they turn up on yoox!

TH doesn't get any love because nobody cares about it. Like a million of other labels out there.

Doesn't mean it can't have one or two cool pieces that pop up in an editorial from time to time but, you know...
