Is it no good? I'd be mostly going for the novelty, plus all the good restaurants right next door.

Dark liquors are sort of an untouched area for me, although I enjoy rum a lot. Haven't really handled any fine scotch or whisky, but should here shortly. I despise Tequila and don't care too much for gin, although it's been a very long time since i've had any

Well it'll probably be full of chinese girls posing and screaming really loudly and wearing ear muffs, but if your going for the novelty it's probably alright. Gin is the spirit of the gods and quite cheap in the UK.

Had a really bad night with it where I had like 15 shots in an hour, threw up the rest of the night. Hard to even look at a bottle now

Have it with tonic and lime, tastes delicious. Have a bottle of gin and a bottle of tonic sitting in the snow now.

^this. gin is all i drink atm :slayer:

don't know where you're drinking that charges $8 per pint. most places do carlsberg/fosters etc. at £3-3.50 and grolsch/stella/heineken for £3.50-4 i'd say. if you're drinking standard lagers we're not up to £5 yet

agree with APK, he is the overseer, supervises swag levels and exists only as a thumbs up comment.

Untrue. I've seen some very mild and incongruous postings in the Recommend Me a ____! thread. :D
