Eh, it's sort of like Sickboy's "Unifying Theory of Life" - At point you've got it, and then you lose it.

If you're lucky you'll go down one of two paths - either inspiration will strike you again and you will have a successful second act, or much later in the future people will celebrate you as they look back in appreciative nostalgia.

You should take pleasure in this, however, as at least you "had it". The great majority of us will probably never "have it" and we'll just keep surfing the Official Sales Thread, Random Fashion Thoughts, and WAYWT in hopes of one day "having it".

No you've turned into one of those self-deprecating street wear and denim assholes. :D

? how did that look inspire givenchy. the waist ties in givency aren't so much asian inspired as seattle grunge tying your flannel around your waist.. ?

Hahaha can you guys imagine me wearing an Ann D jacket? Would be hilarious

I'm in London for 3 1/2-4 months, will know this city pretty well by the end of my stay. Just starting a mini bar in my room for weekends, already have a bottle of Absolut, Cointreau (really cheap here), hard cider (lol), Red Bulls, lemonade, ginger ale, 7 Up and limes. Anything else I should grab? Paging Synth

Thinking I'm going to hit the vodka ice bar this weekend...

pimms is great but it's the wrong time of year. get some gin, and some decent whisky while you're here. And go to a pub which has a good selection of ales and ciders

when i saw that pic in shah's post i immediately thought about givenchy. i guess its more me making a connection between givenchy/cdgh than givenchy taking cues from them.

What about brown liquor and beer and stuff, though. I admire the drive and focus in your pursuit of London girls but do you really want to drink alcopop all the time? I mean, if it is your bag then there's nothing wrong with that but I would take advantage of my proximity to scotch country.

Or just go get a bottle of Buckfast Tonic Wine and start putting your forehead through windshields at soccer matches.
