Bespoke Jil sweater? Might even be better quality, less expensive.

Are there any complications with customs I should expect if I buy something off eBay that's located in Hong Kong?

i have never understood the love for newyorkranger's fit pics. the clothes always look too tight and kind of sleazy, the styling and combinations are horrible and he comes off as such a fucking douchebag...

this is what im talking about:

the sweater fits badly, the chinos are ruined by the comical cuffs... it just looks, I don't know, tacky and bad to me.

hmm i guess i could put it this way:

there's been a lot of discussions about how the MC WAYWT thread has devolved into basically a tacky parade of 'look at this new thing i just bought! look at this tie! this shirt!' with no sense of proportion, appropriateness, matching.. like a very sleazy GQ style of dress. and i think NYR epitomizes that. every post i see from him is 'look at this new item i bought!' and the items aren't even worn well.

I think his Stark fits fine -- it is maybe a little bulgy at the waist but that's being extremely nitpicky. The chinos fit well and the shoes are interesting. I agree about the overly large cuffs; I am not a fan of those but they don't ruin the fit for me either.

I don't normally like lighter colors up top with darker colors below the waist but I think this is a good example where it works. Plus I just love how the Stark looks in that color.
