They are the jeans I have worn in the last couple fit pics.

And the latest on in WAYWT
Agreed (on both counts). I miss Modest Mouse making music that I enjoy, but I can't begrudge the band its success. They labored for many years in relative obscurity before breaking into a new echelon of popularity. They changed their sound considerably, but I wouldn't consider it selling out per se; it just appeals to a different and broader fan base, at the relatively minor cost of jettisoning a portion of their existing fan base.
Eh they are just older and have families now, they aren't wasted all the time making music as angry kids. They just have matured and their sound has changed. Its not bad now its just not what we remember. You can't be a drunk angry teenager your whole life.
I can try...
Junya. Front pocket on jeans are killer
thanks for digging that up. wow. i'm tempted to compile my own list now just to see how it compares, but I also am not sure why anyone would want to read it. I would even ask what the point is of such threads altogether, but this post is clearly one good reason for them to exist.
I'm really into some of the dsquared^2 and gstar's styling in their shows/previews. But when I see their pieces online or in stores it's always so gaudy. whats up with that?
where to kop d2 cig's
Dunno, but the dsquared^2 runway stuff especially looks like it would be right up your alley.
i actually like this.
G Star's clothes would look a lot nicer if they didn't slap really dumb branding all over everything.
exactly SVB! impeccably tapered jeans, sleek boots, aviation influences, vests, those hats, good color palettes too. cremeing my panties over here.
noctone, that's what I'm saying. The runway stuff has very minimal branding, more akin to subtle workwear ID tags, but whenever I see stuff in stores it's always got stupid ass stenciling and shit on it. do they sell the runway stuff at higher end stores or something?
and I think a few of you would find this cool (from sufu):
