Oh man, when did this happen? Is that why Raz has been erstwhile in recent months or did I just miss this in one of his picture-less Recent Purchases posts?

Definitely keeping this in mind. I think I'll dabble with some cheap gear from Nike/North Face just to see how it's received/how comfortable I feel in it before I start looking at BLK and CP Company and Stone Island, etc

i'd like to see it done as a progression rather than clutch in shift gears gas and go, and cp company is a great start to this project, i have a cpc bomber i like quite a bit.

progression stages are usually more intersting too, blind dedication to one aesthetic is pretty boring.

i would get into tech ninja in a heart beat. when i have the funds...the aesthetic looks really chill to hang around in/run errands. something like what kunk does in RO.

i wonder if there is tech ninja geared towards athletic gym wear like nike x gyuasko (sp?). i know dudes over on sufu talk about tech ninja in regards to outdoor-sy wear.
i also wonder if tech ninja can be worn inline with that aesthetic of say ZARA/All Saint. re: that one photo someone posted of dude in black tights and NB.

I do my gym workout routine in black goretex proshell overalls if that's what you're asking.

    What's that photo you're talking about ?

i thought i saved it but it was a guy wearing black tights and NB shouldering a bag.

    pretty recent..

and the sufu heads talk a lot about goretex on topic with tech wear. [a second skin]

i guess he was headed to the gym but why such outerwear i don't care if there was coat check ... never mind, only time i can think of tights alone as bottoms being appropriate when not working out is something more like

i would wear some tech shorts over the tights personally.

i'm pretty comfortable showing my legs in public, wearing knee high shorts to the gym/running errands and wearing some nike frees

i actually like that look all together but in its entirety, not something i could pull off. only pieces of it

the first line and the second line seem opposed -- if comfortable showing legs why tights, unless only during winter you meant...after playing soccer i end up at the gym or store sometimes legs exposed and all, but otherwise i don't like wearing shorts and not out of some shame

If there existed a graph of #menswear in relation to nonsense, that guy would probably sit somewhere in the middle.

Shorts + tights is a whole other thing.

totally agree. i love mixing up "aesthetics" - figuratively venn diagramming your stuff and seeing what works when one circle barely overlaps onto another one. but then there's always one's default, as well.

i think the techninja spectrum is pretty awesome - seems less cookie cutter than the other ninja counterpart, but maybe just because it's not as prevalent on the internets fashunz i frequent...
