^^True, usually an 8 and went with a 41. This is the canvas over leather, I don't know if the leather ones are different in sizing.

Dunno, I'm a "true" US 12 on a Brannock, and the EU 44 side-zips I'm wearing right now fit like wow with a thin 3/4-length insole. I also like my shoes snug, though, and it may depend on the last shape (these have a rounded toe).

Also, apropos of nothing, I'd like to state for the record that scott.m is a very handsome man. His WAYWTs don't do him justice.*
