i went to see Blue Scholars (hip-hop group) last night. i woke up this morning to find my MMM mids covered in blood, vomit and grime. i'm concerned because the blood and vomit are not my bodily fluids.

Seriously thought I saw shoreman with a couple big shopping bags over his shoulder, walking around the back loop of Harajuku the other day, around the front of the stadium. Physical and fashunz doppelganger?

Love that movie, though I don't think Brad Pitt was particularly good. Pretty much everyone else was awesome, especially Casey Affleck. Their costume designer did a great job. That crazy fur coat!

On an unrelated note, no hot water in building this morning = anti-swag.

It's from a few years ago. I think it was an independent project so it didn't get a lot of promotion/distribution. It's definitely worth seeking out though. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

Edit: Actually, I looked it up and it was a Warner Bros. movie. Not sure why it wasn't promoted more, but anyway...

New haircut. High and tight, and long on top back to the way it was about 6 months ago. A lot like this.

OMG you are obsessed. This can only lead to broken hearts and creepy bathroom moments.

Haha well my hair looked a lot like his before my old barber fucked it up royally and I had to cut my hair down and start over. I had that cut before I even knew who that guy was. There was a big thing in the Junya thread where everyone saw him for the first time cause our hair was so similar.

But yeah I have a man crush, who wouldn't? :embar:

I think that guy looks pretty badass. Kinda reminds me of John Hurt in 1984, but with a better haircut.

From '07. The production was somewhat of a clusterfuck and it never got the marketing it deserved, so I don't think many non-film-nerds have heard of it.

It's probably my favorite movie of all time. I have to limit myself to watching it only about every 6 months or so, so as not to ruin the experience. Every single aspect of the movie is perfection; the score, script, character development, cinematography, wardrobe....fuck, I need to watch it now. It's something like 2 hours long, but the original cut was more like 5; I would give anything to see it.

The same director and most of the cast of are working on a film called Cogan's Trade now. I doubt it will live up to TAoJJ, but it should be good.

I noticed the subliminal ToJ reference as I was typing that.
