Unfortunately, in my case this means give up buying in general since 99% of what I care about is Japanese. And considering I am doing a major wardrobe overhaul and style transition, the chances of being OK with not buying anything are about zero.

Unc- yeah, I understand. I like the transition- it suits you well. I think if you swapped out your shirts, and got rid of the wide flared pants, it shouldn't be too drastic, eh?

This TB shirt fits great, except that I can't breath in too deeply, otherwise I'm afraid a button will pop off :-/

Blank Label made to measure shirts came in, a bit overwhelming. Based in NY supposedly, definitely gives MT MTM a run for their money. I personally found a new MTM destination. Prices are pretty similar though blank label doesn't seem to offer any discounted shirts. Instead, GILT like invite system. Very impressive for first experience; if anyone is looking made-to-measure, and you are familiar with MT measuring system, blank label is going to be a cake (much more simplified). Glad I hopped on that GILT sale. Cannot recommend enough if you are looking for dress shirts or casual oxfords. For the dudes who are looking for nice collars that are thick and hefty like Thom Browne or any of the SF approved shirts, this made to measure label is the place to order from.

I would love to get into the details like post photos etc. but at the moment, no time.

Zigzags came in. A bit underwhelming. Inner soles came off with ease, some kind of glue/tape texture as the adhering adhesive, WEAK. Pulled both soles out and slipped in some Superfeet insole...feels a lot nicer and the very end of the toe is not as stuffy anymore. Size down .5 if you wear dress/thin/fashion house socks as recommended. I bought true to size, and with Superfeet insole and thick socks, they fit perfect. Quite comfy, so I hope my feet will be happy at work. Not sure how they will hold up to 3-4 days of wear out of the week. I hope I do receive my second pair for waiting all this time...doubt it. Status Foe has failed me.

In the end, it feels great to finally get my orders in for the day especially driving home from work. Subtle surprises are the best.

I live here and I like some of the stuff I see. But I'm taller than the average Japanese male. I can't find anything my size here.

It's kind of sad, but I need to let go of some pieces I'm really into but don't wear. Cloak jacket and CdGH+ shirt are on the chopping block first. Not that I'm strapped for money, but I don't want to keep stuff around just for the sake of keeping it. Does anyone have shit in their closet that they don't really wear but keep around for whatever reason?

^ not anymore. sell sell sell. you will be happier. keep only if you know you will wear it later down the road. toughest part i believe, trying to imagine your latter self in terms of fashion

I'll never get the dudes who strive to be shrinkwrapped in their clothing.
