    Thanks for enabling, guys. :satisfied:

They're returnable, so it's not really an issue if I sized wrong or if I'm not crazy about them.

This delays buying the Butteros I was looking at, but these are probably more versatile anyway.

I also like the look of these:

but I figure one pair of boots is enough for today. Plus I just bought a pair of brown CP chelsea boots off B&S. :embar:

Also, anyone who was interested in the Hunter Southington boots, they're back up for $129 again. I like mine and wear them pretty regularly, although I think they'll look better once I've dirtied them up some more. They're more or less interchangeable with CP training boots.

No, trust me, they are equally punchable. Living in NYC or any other fashion capital does that to you though. Everyone raises that ante, and arrives at the ceiting of "douche". Streetbloggers are not helping things at all.

I like those NDC boots. That's kinda what I've been looking for. If I'd checked Gilt and saw there was a boot sale coming up I might've waited instead of buying those JV boots yesterday. Swung by the JV store in Soho to see what they look like in person. They look like ass. They seem cheap as shit. Everyone who said they're ugly in Recent Purchases can throw out a big "I told you so." At least return shipping is free.

Any suggestions on how to wear like Jedi under $400, and not freeze to death in -10 weather? (Yes I am asking you Snow)

Years of tshirt/slim raw denim + outerwear before SF kinda calls for variation (I do still love wearing single pair of jeans to a rag Currently 8 months on NFXBJ).

I am about same height/weight as snow so I frequently fantasize about ip-tracking his house and rob all his clothes..
