Living in NY, Clarks are ubiquitous - I didn't like it when I had mine on and had to walk by 20+ guys wearing some sort of cheap chukka similar to them. That being said, it's raining so I'm about to go put on APCs, brown Clarks, and a Uniqlo sweater. Plebe status.

Well, nothing wrong with them if they are CPs, Pierre Hardys, or Trickers. But Clarks? Dude, you are so 2005.

Yup. That is not an MA+ belt. MA+ belts invariably come with a 0.925 silver buckle, which looks like a dull silver. CCP uses wrought iron, I think, and brass, in some cases. The retail on that puppy is about $500-$600. Just get it. You know that belts are the best accessories.

Or, maybe people just dislike you because you say shit like that. However, I like to think of Styleforum as the "big tent", and I suppose that even assholes fit under it.

    Seriously though man.

I'm usually not on board with Ben's hate, but I have to agree with him here.

Its not my fault you guys take everything I say and twist it to your liking I didn't say I only talk to philosophy majors because I am an arrogant prick. Its mainly because that's what classes I take besides my political science ones, and also I get dirty looks from a lot of people who are more fratty/business school types. I had a couple I have been acquainted with who are fratty, and they just avoided me or questioned everything about me(attire/music choice/afterschool activities usually) on a constant basis, and it got annoying so I distanced myself. Maybe its bad to discount a whole school because of a couple of people, but whatever.

People don't twist your words, you are just either ignorant to how pretentious you sound or are an excessively poor communicator.

And I say this as someone who likes you.
