Why is NCB always on discount? I hardly see it stocked online at full RP anywhere.

    NCB is Yoox's house brand.

Because it's a brand that has no real direction, the guy worked for ccp i think? Has a new name that is a perversion of the senses (Poeme Bohemien). From time to time there are some pretty nice pieces, especially outerwear. The ones I've handled I liked, a bit of a rustic take on some formal wear. I have a linen coat that's nice, and what is basically a kurta. He has a penchant for flaring hips which can throw off some fits, I had to send back a heavy cotton jacket because it was just too much, but the linen one has only a subtle hip flair which doesn't seem to distract too much. I know in the past atelier carried it but otherwise I'm not sure who does, maybe a few stockists in nyc which is strange considering some of the brands that don't have stockists there. I think overall it's a hit and miss, hence the low-priced pieces that always pop up on yoox, but if you decide to try it out you may be pleasantly surprised with a few of the items if you're into muted earthy colors and rougher slouchy fabrics.

    ^ ¿Por que no?

    News flash:

You no longer need to bring your mall-brand button-downs to the tailor to have them slimmed down to BoO sizes; the Gap sells them that way now.

The "extra-slim fit' shirts have the exact same double-darting thing going on. Wacky, huh?

It was a really good brand that deteriorated, and lost direction after the founder left to start, Poeme Bohemien, which, as you mentioned is perhaps the worst name for a label, ever. Haute is similar.

If he had a skul-gun then he wouldn't have been shot by those dealers in battery park.
