I'm actually starting to look more and more homeless every day and I can't figure out if it's intentional or if i'm just really falling apart

Thanks, I just threw up a little in my mouth reading that.

I guess neither of the All Saints shirts I got are keepers. One's a little tight in the chest, so that's a no-brainer, but the weird thing is that the other one has wires running through a bunch of the seams. I have a couple of Uniqlo shirts that have wires in the collar so you can shape it, but this has wires along both sides of the front placket and wires along the edges of the cuffs. It's too bad, because that one fits me pretty well, and I like the pattern; I just don't feel like having to straighten out my shirt every time I stand up or something, though.

Anybody else had a shirt like this? Wires? Anyone?

What size did you get? Based on the chest measurements, I'd need to go up to an XL and even then, the small arm talk has me thinking AS shirts just wouldn't be for me. I've noticed quite a few of their shirts have the wire collars. I suppose the ones that have the description "...with wire inserted" are the ones that have it in places other than just the collar. What would be the purpose of having wire in places other than the collar? I've never heard anyone clamoring to shape the placket on their shirt or anything.

most of the shirts with wire have some distressing on them are or a heavy flannel or the sueded leather or all leather shirts, they're rips of an italian upper mid brand that kinda looks like john varvatos, I think it's called emporio or something, i walked into their store by accident when I was in florence a couple weeks ago. I think they're kinda cool, been considering one of the leather or suede shirts, could see how it would be annoying on a regular shirt but obviously it's so you can style and it make look all rumpled and windblown and shit and it holds shape, twist the collar, placket, the hem etc...

Any 'must see' stores in Florence? I'll be there in a few weeks...

Will be in Europe for a few weeks at the start of Sept and planning on hitting Collete and MMM in France, LN-CC in London (gonna make an appt soon), and gonna try to maybe hit up SS in Antwerp since I will have a car while I'm in Holland and its not too long a drive but no plans for places to shop in Italy as of now...
