Already he has wide reach: Urban Aesthetics receives 20 page views a day. Zorrilla is one of the least prominent public faces of a new burst of black dandyism taking root in small retail outlets, niche fashion lines and thoughtful style blogs.

“There’s more than one way to promote your crappy style blog now,” Mr. Zorrilla said on a recent Tuesday, wearing a slight wisp of a goatee that sharpened his punchable face. “When I was growing up, there was only one way to get people to hate your product.”

    ...

Instead, Zorilla emphasizes the basics of spamming: a regularly updated Twitter feed, aggressive linking to his blog, thoughtless and irrelevant posts about his blog on internet message boards. It’s a return to promotion as a source of lowliness.

For the editor-in-chief of something called "Monocle Magazine", that guy was showing way too much pocket square.

I'm sure you have your own method, but I deploy the following tactic when heading out for a weekend of pure debauchery:

-Before even checking into the room, I grab a shit ton of bottled water and even a Gatorade (which I mix 2/3 h20, 1/3 GA), which I deploy upon hitting the sack early the next morning (if that happens).
-After the first coupa' drinks... with every cocktail a pint of water back, no ice. No new drink until water's finished.

Also, Vegas, with it's dry air poolside and heavy a/c inside, plus lots of smoking, requires throat lozenges IMO. I'm partial to the Ricola sugar free Lemon Mint Throat Drops myself.

Thanks coco preciate that, I always cop water and gatorade when I go on trips and I made a mental note a few days ago of the water b/w drinks so I don't get completely dusted. Will cop ricolas as a preventative measure.

There will lots of smoking transpiring.

For all you guys that hate Ethiopian food, you haven't tried Zilzil Tibs. Plus what's not to like about the bread? Its basically sourdough.

Decided to try both Falke invisible and Mocc socks when they were discussed a while back. Can report back that Falke is easily the best option of the two. Stays on all day long unlike the Mocc socks.

I have the deluxe version and there is still the pause. Nobody understands it, it's provocative. It gets the people going.
