I actually think the new B&S is the only nice thing about the new site. It just needs more sorting options.

really? people complaining about sufu, is it really that bad? I find the user interface much better than updated sf tbh. aside from the fact that you cannot really edit your text in great depth like here (a huge plus), sufu allows the user to really organize how they want to view the site imo. sf now is so overly structured, the whole idea of "surfing" the forums is kind of absent (too much clicking, not enough scrolling if you know what i mean).

i DO like the new b&s features though, big +1

oh, btw was it mentioned WHY exactly the update was made? just wanted a fresh start or what? didn't catch that bit..

it IS much easier to throw up a listing, which is great.

What does it really matter for you, I can't imagine you ever find anything you want to buy on BS anyway?

Hm, I think activity has definitely slowed. I would estimate the amount of new posts are around ~15% of normal.

The extra pics, logos and doodads festooned all over the place are probably more enticing to noobs but are annoying to anyone who comes here regularly and knows what they are looking for.

Eg, I am not interested in anyone's review of Ecco walking shoes but someone just generally searching the interwebs for such things would like it.

w/e, it is is our new home and we all will get used to it cuz there aint no better if this is what you are looking for.

I laughed my ass off when I saw that review. What sort of person on a 'style' or 'fashion' forum would ever care about that ugly a shoe?

I also strongly agree that site activity, at least on the swd side has slowed down a ton. Barely any new posts the last few days.

Sufu was a lot less ugly before the 2008 facelift.
